The Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) is a Christian organization at the University of Texas. We seek to help students who are followers of Jesus walk more deeply in fellowship with Him, and those who are not followers of Jesus see a true image of who Jesus is. We are made up of students from all over Texas and all across the globe. We believe that is the spiritual life that animates the college experience and we want to help you discover the richest community that UT has to offer.
We can help you meet new people who may just become life long friends, and in some cases spouses, to do life with. Life was not meant to be lived alone, but with others. We are a place that you can find a cause with your life. You were designed to be connected to something bigger then yourself. We are active in many local charities as volunteers and take trips around the state to serve along side others.
The BSM was started in 1919 at UT, which makes it one of the oldest students organizations on campus. In almost 100 years our goals and vision for the students of UT has not changed, to see every students at the University of Texas see Jesus. We are lead by a staff who work non-stop empowering students to understand Jesus and His teachings, you can meet them here. We also have student leaders that serve their fellow students by leading small group Bible studies, campus and community service projects and events that make college memorable.

The BSM is located at 2204 San Antonio St. right next door to the Co-Op parking garage.
